
I Am 26 Years Old.My BMI Is 33. I Have

Question: i am 26 years old.My BMI is 33. i have been feeling a weird pain and sensation in my lower back. The pain is in a plane parallel to my pelvis. the pain includes a tingling sensation in my right foot and sometimes in my right palm. I have gone through the reports.
As per the reports the MRI is normal and the thus the pain is unlikely related to spine related or sciatica.
It can be a musculoskeletal pain or sprain,
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
