Brief Answer:
Can you attach the reports, please?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

The link you have given is not working and I couldn’t see the results. Can you please attach the results in the follow-up query (you can attach the file in the query).

It seems like a non-specific pain.
Do you experience any anxiety-related issues? Are you obese or suffers from any thyroid-related diseases?

Awaiting your reply...
Thanks

Brief Answer:
MRI is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports.
As per the reports the MRI is normal and the thus the pain is unlikely related to spine related or sciatica.
It can be a musculoskeletal pain or sprain,
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
It may be due to sprain or inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Minor sprain in the back muscles can cause similar symptoms.
It may not be due to neurological or disc related issues.
You can wait few more days for spontaneous recovery.
Thanks
