Brief Answer:
External hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor.

The pictures you sent most likely show an external hemorrhoid, which can be accompanied by blood in your stools or pain/itching in the perianal area. This could be confirmed with an examination by a doctor and an anoscope, but it looks pretty clear to me that this is hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are caused by dilation of the veins that drain the anal area.

The treatment is typically to treat with creams for hemorrhoids such as hydrocortisone, and use laxatives and stool softeners to prevent constipation, as any straining increases the pressure to these veins and can worsen the hemorrhoids. If you are still having problems after trying this for a few weeks, I would recommend you see a doctor for other treatment including procedures to remove the hemorrhoids.

I hope this helps and reassures you, please let me know if you have any other questions and I would be glad to discuss it further with you.

Detailed Answer:
Yes, I agree with your doctor that you are too young to be concerned about colon cancer unless there was a family history. And yes, the symptoms you are describing sound like hemorrhoids. Has your doctor examined you for hemorrhoids yet? What makes you think you have cancer?

Thank you and happy new year to you as well.

No she did not examined me for hemorrhoids!
She run blood tests and she said ur 100% healthy and she said u need to lose weight because i am 248lb.i asked her for colonoscopy she said no!

What makes me think i have colon cancer or anal cancer is because for 2 years 90% i have flat stool small pieces but when i take fiber supplements my stool shape starts to be normal.
And if i eat spicy food or if i sit driving a semi truck for more than 10 hours a day I notice blood in stool but not everyday maybe once in 3 months.and when i walk alot my anus gets itchy.
Plus I can’t stop eating i eat alot and I can’t lose weight!

Detailed Answer:
It does not sound like you have cancer. It sounds more like you had some constipation that improved with fiber, and you have bleeding and itching from hemorrhoids.

Weight loss can be very difficult because of habits and motivation, but how to do it is simple. If you limit your calories, eat a balanced diet such as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet, and avoid processed foods and high calorie drinks, this is the only reliable way to be sure to lose weight. In general I would recommend that half of your plate (or meal) be fruits and vegetables, and if after a month you haven't lost any weight, decrease your portion sizes until you are losing about 1 pound per week.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.
