Brief Answer:
You can repeat the test after two weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports.
Your fasting and postprandial sugar levels are elevated, fasting is only slightly elevated.
Most probably it is due to physical inactivity and change in dietary habits because of lockdown,
We don’t usually change in the dose of anti diabetic pills based on a single lab value.
As of now you can implement strict diet regulations and physical exercises, and repeat the blood sugar test after two weeks, the values are still elevated additional drugs may be required.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Additional drugs may be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The PPBS is persistently high, additional drugs like glimipride may be added after consulting your physician.
You can also split the meal, which means you can take small meals at frequent intervals which will help to achieve good glycemic control.
Thanks
