Question: i am a 31 year old female with multiple symptoms. i started passing blood in urine about 2 weeks ago and it has increasingly gotten worse. i have some discomfort left side and stay dizzy and lightheaded. i am extremly weak and cant exert any energy with almost passing out. i added all test and labs that my doc ran below. she put in referal to see hematology and urology. please let me know what you think.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Considering your symptoms with blood in your urine and lower abdominal pain, you should opt for a cystoscopy and probably also a contrast enhanced CT scan. Furthermore, although It is abit of a stretch, you should be examined antibodies against CMV, EBV, Hanta virus, etc. as these may cause low thrombocytes.
