After going through the ECG image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with normal heart rate and Q waves in Leads II, III and AVF along with slight ST elevation.
It’s not a normal ecg and is suggestive of some cardiac event, it’s advisable to take the patient for cardiac consultation with a cardiologist personally as few tests will be required for proper evaluation like echocardiogram.
