Brief Answer:
Your Physician to start with, Gastroenterologist if required.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
I would advise you the following:
First of all take a PPI like Omeprazole for the nausea, if not helping alone then add on something like Domperidone (may need a prescription).
Antacids if there is associated burning in upper abdomen and/or chest.
Take stool softener/laxative if the stool is hard, helps for loaded colon - this being one of the reasons for upper abdominal bloating.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations like X-ray of abdomen in standing position, Ultrasonography and as required to find the cause of bloating below chest level as you have mentioned, to get an appropriate treatment to get a relief.
If required then only you may consult a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation, investigations and management.
I hope this answers your query.
Please give feedback of the findings and management.
