Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
I could not read out first three attachments as they are password protected Based on the facts and reports of ultrasound Scanning that you have posted you seem to ave a Cyst in the Rt kidney (Bosniac II F ) ..These are simple renal cyst with little thick walled internal septae ..They are congenital in origin and can be left alone untreated however need to be monitored at frequent intervals by doing Ultrasound Scanning to see whether there is any infection or for any changes of malignancy(Cancer).
There is nothing to be worried about it and nothing serious at present ..
These cysts can be treated by puncturing under Ultrasound Guided and installing necrotizing solution like alcohol .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
The fact that you have this cysts since last 10 years itself indicates that it is benign in nature ,
Monitoring is the best routinely followed protocol so that one can initiate proper treatment at proper time whenever required .As on Today we are sure of it being non malignant .So relax and try to allay your anxiety,
Thanks and Regards.
