Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been indulged in frequent masturbation since a long period (about 12 years) and have noticed your semen to be watery since recently .
1) What is your age ?
2) Are you married ?
3) What is the frequency of masturbation (How many times in a day ) ?
Watery semen is most likely to be due to frequent masturbation after a interval of short period of time.Normally it takes 18-24 hours to produce a semen of normal consistency ,and having all the parameters of semen like volume ,sperm count , ,sperm mobility,morphology etc to be normal.Hence frequent masturbation during short period leads to semen being watery .
There is nothing to be worried about it .Reducing the frequency of masturbation to thrice a week will restore the consistency of semen to be as normal as it used to be previously
