Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Your BMI is around 38 and is in OBESE range. This is high and you have to control your appetite. If everything is normal in tests then most likely the problem is due to psychological reasons and unconscious stress. This could be resulting in episodes of binge eating.
You should make some dietary changes in order to get your calorie intake controlled. First of all you should include fibres in diet. Take salads, green leafy vegetables before having meals. This will help in making abdomen full and will stimulate satiety centres to control further food intake.
Avoid refined or processed sugars totally in your diet. Instead of regular tea take green tea which will increase metabolism.
Have foods rich in proteins and complex carbohydrates and low in fats and refined carbs. This will reduce unnecessary calorie intake.
Exercise daily, avoid weight lifting and better to follow a good cardio routine.
Avoid remaining awake till late in night. Fix time to go to bed and follow principal of early to bed early to rise.
Have light frequent meals and avoid binge eating.
These steps will help to control your food intake.
Thanks.
Follow a healthy life style.
