You would benefit by oral androgen therapy I.e either finasteride, spironolactone (aldactone) or cyperoterone acetate. Spironolactone and finasteride are commonly used anti androgens, however, it is advisable to continue then for a longer duration e.g 9 months to an year or even longer. my menstrual cycle is regular. have been tracking it in an app. the cycle is between 27 to 31 days for past 1 year.

Adrenal glands is the source of your raised androgens - DHEA S and DHT. Yoir hair fall could be due to that. So, you would be better served with an oral anti androgen like I mentioned for your signs of hyperandrogenism - hair loss and in case you have acne, hirsutism and oily skin as well.
You may take either spironolactone (Aldactone) or Finasteride 2.5-5mg once day for your hair fall after consulting with your local doctor.

i have been taking it from thrus night twice a day. the itch isnt there. could i stop taking the tablet now
