Brief Answer:
Regarding hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Your DHEA S level seem to be raised which indicates primarily adrenal pathology. I would like to get 17 OH Progesterone levels test which is also an indicator of adrenal pathology and can be associated with high androgen levels (testosterone and DHT) manifesting as hair loss, hirsutism and acne. You would benefit by oral androgen therapy I.e either finasteride, spironolactone (aldactone) or cyperoterone acetate. Spironolactone and finasteride are commonly used anti androgens, however, it is advisable to continue then for a longer duration e.g 9 months to an year or even longer. Is there any associated menstrual irregularity? Oily skin? Acne? Hirsutism?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding hair loss

Detailed Answer:
ok.
Adrenal glands is the source of your raised androgens - DHEA S and DHT. Yoir hair fall could be due to that. So, you would be better served with an oral anti androgen like I mentioned for your signs of hyperandrogenism - hair loss and in case you have acne, hirsutism and oily skin as well.
You may take either spironolactone (Aldactone) or Finasteride 2.5-5mg once day for your hair fall after consulting with your local doctor.
Take care.
