Brief Answer:
A few treatment options are discussed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical diagnosis and current medicines. Pregabalin is a good choice to treat neuralgic pain, and a dose of 350 mg per day is adequate dose. If you have good relief from pain, this can be further continued.

However, if the pain relief is not proper, you can opt for nerve/ganglion block by using a local anaesthetic injection. This can be done by anesthetist or a pain specialist.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
