I Am Suffering From Skin Disease Call Lichen Planus Pigmentosis

skin that has been damaged with all the chemicals received from the doctor mainly the hydroquinone that has burned my skin.
Regarding irritation to hydroquinone
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
In Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) there are patches of bluish- black or slate grey discoloration on various body sites, mostly sun exposed sites. Depigmentung agents like hydroquinone are often used in treatment of LPP, however, may irritate or burn the skin. If that happens then apart from stopping topical hydroquinone temporarily, the best course of action would be to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1 % cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days. Specific therapy for LPP can be resumed subsequently, once the irritation resolves.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
