hi

Detailed Answer:

Hello
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Well significant weight loss (usually more than 5% of your weight in 3 months) needs to be worked up.
Good to know that your endoscopy colonoscopy is done and hopefully normal.
Worth doing following tests and see,
Thyroid function test, ESR, CRP, Chest x ray (to r/o chest tb - though unlikely common in our country), HIV and if you have diarrhea types IBS then can consider doing - coeliac disease test like TTG DGP (Tissue transglutaminase) which is done to rule out gluten sensitivity.
In addition avoid excess dietary restrictions which IBS patients usually do to improve there symptoms resulting in significant unintended weight loss.
Take a normal diet avoid unnecessary restrictions
Go for regular walk
do some yoga, pranayam
sleep adequately
avoid stress
increase intake of curd, butter milk
Increase dietary fibres, avoid constipation and straining for stools, this will help you for piles.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Hello
Gone through your reports, most of them look ok.
Worthwhile taking an surgical opinion for gall bladder stones.
Also take necessary lifestyle changes as suggested above and see how you feel.
Best wishes.

Detailed Answer:

Hello
worthwhile doing an ESR, Chest x ray, ionised calcium, HIV and food gluten allergy test like TTG DGP.
But likely hood of getting something abnormal in these is very low.
Best wishes.
