Brief Answer:
fluids, cranberry products, antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

As you stated, urinary tract infection is the likely cause of your symptoms. It is one of the most common reason for painful urination.

It can be confirmed with a urine sample at your doctor's office. The urine sample may show leucocytes or/and nitrites.
The sample can be sent to a lab for further analysis to find out the exact bacteria and which antibiotic would work best but in many cases, this further testing is not needed or requested.

Urinary tract infections can involve any area of the urinary tract- bladder, urethra, kidneys, ureter

Treatment of an UTI involves: using a lot of fluids to flush the urinary tract, cranberry products and antibiotics.
Cranberry products include tablets or juice.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
