Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that never Google health related issues on Google as u will be left confused and worried.

In healthy individuals with athletic build heart beats can be left anywhere in the thoracic cavity and is normal. If you felt alright with this small piece of medical information from a professional then it very good and if not then you can undergo echocardiogram to satisfy and relieve your fear.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
