Question: i did doppler for penis no eraction what are the possible cause ?all harmone ok and arteris ok but insuffeint pumping some times eraction happen

also no sex drive even harmones are ok ?!!!!!!

Based on the facts and report of your Penile Doppler Ultrasound Scan of Penis that you have stated the cause of your ED is most likely to be Venous Leak which is the most common cause of ED due to vascular origin.

You need to consult qualified Vascular Surgeon to explore the possibility of usefulness in recovery of ED by surgery of (Ligation and Resection of Deep Dorsal Vein of Penis) which helps to stop the leak and to achieve erection .However chances of recurrence after few months has to be kept in mind .
