Question: i feel like electric shock in my stomach (pulse)while i am eating and it feels like my hearth also skip/rapid beating as well and than go away.mostly i feel it when i am eating

the duration it can be from 2 to 10 minutes.anytime that happen i always stop eating and wait for like 10 minutes and sometimes go away and than i start eating again.and the weird things is that mostly it happened at lunch time.2 weeks ago it never happens again but 2 days ago start happening again.
2.no burping,no burning or chest heaviness.

4.no relieving factor.the only way is just to wait till go away itself (like 10 to 15 minutes)
5.i am 220 pounds and height is 6 foot (OBESE),stress level is very high and i have bad sleeping time.i can not sleep before 2 to 3 am.and also i have severe OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder).i hope you understand what i said here because my english is not that good

* consume small, frequent meals
* chew food thoroughly
* avoid much of dairy fat, spices, junk foods
* avoid late night dinner
* avoid immediate sleep after meals or dinner
- Prescription of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or pantoprazole to be
taken on empty stomach with sips of water about 1 hour prior to lunch or
dinner.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol ( if consuming ).
* In a nut shell, your condition can be best managed with simple
medications and tough life style modifications.
I know it is difficult to manage , but be sure once you are determined to
go ahead, no one can stop you and once you will realize its positive
outcomes, then you will not stop yourself.
