Brief Answer:
It is canker sore.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the pictures you attached and it looks like canker sores on the roof of your mouth.
I don't think it can be related to allergy or sore throat you recently had.
I think it may have been caused by any new toothpaste or mouth rinses , any food you had ,stress etc.
You may try to avoid some kind of food such salty foods, sauce, nuts , chocolate, strawberry etc.
Brush mouth once per day with soft brush and gentle toothpaste.
If it still doesn't go for some days you can use mouth gel which can help you such dactarin gel found over the counter.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
