Brief Answer:
Please upload reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern.
Please upload any relevant reports available. Clinical examination cannot differentiate always between the types of cyst. Further evaluation is needed to correlate and plan further management.
However, please remember that the majority of cysts are harmless. So, do not worry.
Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I have no respires. She just stated she felt a small cyst and didn’t feel like it was anything bad. I have a ultrasound 6/12 but worries til then. I asked multiple times if it felt cancerous and she said no- but I wanted to know if they actually could feel the difference

Brief Answer:
Not easy to differentiate.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
It is not very easy to differentiate benign and malignant ovarian cysts through simple pelvic examination unless there are associated symptoms like hormonal effects, pressure effects and harder in consistency.
Since you do not have any other symptoms, and the size of the cyst is small, it is very much possible that it is benign.
Hope this helps. Please get back if you need anything else. I will be glad to help.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in again.
Some cysts, owing to their size, may cause pressure effect on the bowel and bladder and pain during intercourse.
Some other cysts may release hormones causing menstrual disturbances etc.
However, the majority of them do not have any such effects.
Hope now your queries have been clarified.
Wish you good health.
