Brief Answer:
The cause still needs to be found. Treatment options listed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query.

First of all is necessary to understand correctly if the left hand tremors are caused by the brain tumor or surgery, because there are a number of other conditions that may cause such issues.

Other conditions include thyroid dysfunction, anxiety, certain drugs adverse effects, etc.

Treatment possibilities include treatment of the underlying cause, beta blockers ( propranolol, etc.), antiseizure drugs, drugs used to treat Parkinson's, deep brain stimulation, etc.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

I have talked with my doctor,my thyroid has been tested, i am not taking any beta blockers i know of, i am taking kepra,i will speak again to him about it. he believes it is from the tumor. so if i get off the kepra,i could possiably stop the tremors? i am not showing any siigns of of parkinsons. well it seems i wasted my time and money, thank you again

Brief Answer:
Answered below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for the additional info.

Besides the physical therapy that should be continued, Keppra should help to a certain degree with the tremor.

If not then beta-blockers may be considered as a possibility for symptom control.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.
