Question: i had got my routine check up done last year,and in my ecg report my resting heart rate was very low,the nurse was scared and i had to meet a specialist ,i got all my tests done ,they looked ok,my apple watch gave me these indications,i want your opinion !I also felt some disturbance on my left side of the chest and felt slightly phewkish.I still excersie alot,cross fit training or running mostly.please suggest do i need to get any check up or not.if u want any other detail please let me know ,i am aged 38 weight 73 kgs

So, as you are an active person, I don't see anything serious on the fact that your heart rate is low.

Even the variation in the heart rate are compatible with your age.

Anyway, I would recommend checking thyroid hormone levels and performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine your heart, in order to be sure that everything is OK.
