I Have 2 Small Soft Lumps Which Look Alot Like

Question: i have 2 small soft lumps which look alot like spots on the top of my penis. The first appeared about 2 months ago and the other one about 2 weeks after. They are right next to eachover. I have tried squuezing them as at times they appear very white as if it has a head. but nothing happens. i am sexually active with multiple partners, but i always wear a condom.

Are the lumps solid or filled with fluid ?
Are they tender to touch ?
Are they the same since first appearance ?
Are they increasing in size ?

If possible do share a image of the lesions you have. I shall opine better after having a look.

No the lumps are not solid. They are soft. I cant really feel them and they dont hurt to touch.
i squeezed one of them when it first appeared and a little white liquid came out, but nothing since.
They are the same size and have not changed in appearance.
I cant find a way of sending a picture.

Hi have seen the images attached.

The lesions appear as simple folliculitis. There is no need for any intervention unless they are grow in size rapidly and if they point pus.

If they grow and point pus then you will need a course of antibiotics.
