Brief Answer:
Kindly share few more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I understand your concern

Hydrocephalus is increased amount/pressure of fluid inside head. This can be cause by some deformities of fluid passage pathway of brain, following infection/bleeding inside brain in new born period, or occasionally without any visible cause also.

To have a more clear idea, kindly share few more details:

1. How this was diagnosed/noticed?
2. Please upload report of scanning if any
3. Give details of her birth: Gestational age at birth, birth weight, any complications after that-like breathing difficulty, ICU admission, seizure etc(better if you can share the discharge summary)?
4. How is she now- active and playful, feeding well, recognising mother and smiling on talking?
5. Any issues for mother during pregnancy- like fever or any other illness?
6. Any such disease or neurological illness in siblings or close relatives?
7.Share a photo of her with face and head.

Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better
