Besides these two measures, you can also consider vitamin D supplement pills. Cap D rise 60K which contains 60000 IU of vitamin D can be taken once a week for 6 weeks followed by Cap Uprise 1000IU every day for 3 months should help to improve the current deficiency.

so i can take this medication to improve the vitamin D level. Anything else to be taken care of while having these medications????
