Brief Answer:
Urine culture sensitivity study will show the right antibiotic can be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The best way to get treated is to do a urine culture and the antibiograms will show which is the right antibiotic can be used to treat the infection.

If you're my patient, I could have treated you empirically with Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily or Bactrim twice daily for 7 days... Also, you can use cranberry juice or tea found otc in pharmacy.

You can also use Acetaminophen for pain relief and remember to drink more water.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
