I Have A Lision Type Of %E2%80%9Csore%E2%80%9D In The Vaginal

Question: i have a lision type of %E2%80%9Csore%E2%80%9D in the vaginal area . i dont believe it matches any STI that i have see in photos. i would say its an ulcer but its too bumpy to be one. the lision started a few months ago and has gotten bigger very slowly. it does burn slightly when i use the restroom. my rn did not know what it was just by looking at it. it has slight bumps ( almost like goose bumps type) is not hallow. does not bleed or have any puss. it is raised and smaller than a dime in size. again it has only gotten bigger slightly and over a 6 month period of time. since it is in an area that is not dry ( not on the vulva but bellow it) i feel this is the main reason ot becomes irritated. i did have a rare yeast infection when it came about. it is byitself and has not spread to any other area
Brief Answer:
It can be a genital wart.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concerns.
I have seen the attached image.
The raised bumpy lesion that you have can be due to a genital wart. It is a slow-growing painless lesion and can be removed with chemical cautery. You should consult a dermatologist for a proper examination and treatment of the lesion.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
