Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question Klemonge. Hope I can be of help for you today.

Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. The moveable lump on the top of rib near the sternum at the left side. Can be from the organs around there such as breast, muscle, skin, bone, and joint, lymph node… Do you have any others associated symptoms? Such as weight loss, lump swelling or redness or warm? What kind of job you have now? Some more information would be helpful to find out more about the lump on your chest. How fast it is growing? In this case you may need to do ultrasound maybe it can see better than x-ray.

I hope that can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.

Best regards,
