Thank you for your clarification. There maybe a cyst from your joint because you said you work out a lot. Go for ultrasound can help us to see more better. Could not breath through nose or nasal congestion could be from your symptoms of allergic rhinitis in your nose. Avoid the trigger that make you difficult to breath and use antihistamine can help your allergy symptoms. Sometime you may need steroid inhaler to reduce nasal congestion.
