Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would like to know if the pain in your arm is triggered by shoulder movements. This fact would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain.

I would also recommend performing some tests to investigate for the possible underlying causes:

- a cervical spine and shoulder X ray study for possible chronic degenerations
- cardiac enzymes levels
- a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries for possible carotid or vertebral artery narrowing which could lead to low blood flow to the brain
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.

It is also important checking your pacemaker.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
