Brief Answer:
These are common. There is no cause for worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query,

1. The small swelling circled out is usually ectopic or accessory lymphoid tissue (tonsil-like tissue) located either on or anterior to the anterior pillar of the tonsil bed. Sometimes it is a retention cyst due to a blocked minor salivary gland. The swelling maybe due to inflammation, infection or allergy.

2. These swellings can cause minor discomfort or pain. If asymptomatic, they should settle down and disappear spontaneously. Symptomatic swellings may require routine treatment. You can follow up with a local doctor for a prescription.

3. These can recur or disappear over a period of time.

4. There is no cause for worry. These swellings are common.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
