Question: i have a small slightly swollen area that seems numb to push on. located very low left abdomen just above to the left of the penis

i was coughing bad 3 weeks ago with influenza. i think may be unrelated, but have been lifting a lot do to a house remodel currently.

it did completely disappear last night except for the sensation that something was there. still very slight numbness in area.

not really constipated. not eating as good do to work on the house. more faster meals and not balanced do to time restriction.
