Brief Answer:
Infected sebaceous gland

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The description mentioned by you seems to be related to infected sebaceous gland of the skin which is very common behind the ear due to frequent rubbing/scratching/pressure over the ear pinna.

Do not worry! It’s not a serious issue. My suggestions to you are:
1. Apply a topical antibiotic cream which has a combination of steroid in it. This reduces the inflammation and infection as well.
2. Clean the area with moist warm cloth.
3. Avoid frequent touching of the affected area,

Hope with these measures you should get better. Revert back to me if you have any further questions.
