Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This pain throat may due to many reasons. It may be due to allergic pharyngitis, acid reflux, enlarged styloid process, temporomandibular joint arthritis, any oral cavity and dental lesions. So get yourself checked by ENT surgeon and dental surgeon. You may need to do an endoscopy of throat, a x ray of teeth. According to the lesion you need to get treatment in form antacid, hot fomentation over TM joint.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
