Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Kindly share if you have any history of trauma.

In the absence of trauma, most of such pains are musculoskeletal.

Take some rest for the time being.
Do gentle stretching.
Keep it elevated.
Apply ice.
Over the counter NSAIDs like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and Ibuprofen (Advil) are usually prescribed to such patients.
You can take Acetaminophen 325 mg thrice a day, after foods.

If the symptoms do not improve, see your clinician for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
