Brief Answer:
Use monistat or canestran.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Vaginal itching is mostly related to yeast infection. It is usually presented with white vaginal discharge like cottage cheese.
In this case I can recommend you anti-fungal treatment of monistat 3 that is found over - the - counter in pharmacy. You can put one suppository intravaginal at night while on bed before sleep for three nights. If you have symptoms still after three days you can use three other suppositories for other three nights.
Also another option is canestran suppositories found otc in pharmacy.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
