very soft testicle is that a problem please
Brief Answer:
Probably physiological, follow the advice below
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
As I see in the query you are 72 years old.
At this age, The presence of soft testes indicates decreased serum testosterone.
Another possible cause is hydrocele.
I recommend to do an ultrasound of the tests, blood and urine test for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
