Hi Thanks for posting the query
May I know since when are you having the symptoms?
Symptoms look like common flu. But if aggravated would need investigations. Have you consulted doctor or had any medications?

If you have not taken any medication you can take 1 tablet of Tab. PAN D before food once in morning and night along with Tab. Allercet cold 1 tablet 2 times a day these are available over the counter.
Have lot of fluids and water. keep hydrated.

Do steam inhalation
Do salt water gargling
Any issues do follow up
