I Have Been Diagnosed With Scapular Dyskenisis And Scapular Busitis.

Question: i have been diagnosed with scapular dyskenisis and scapular busitis. recently i have noticed the sick scapula is starting to stick out compared to the other one

in my mri i had about a month or so ago it showed my scapula was inflammed and i was given thosed diagnoses. since then the sick scapula is noticably sticking out and the other shoulder has started lightly cracking. my doctor thinks the cause is my large breast size of ddd. i am on anti inflammatories which have done nothing and my scapula is still inflammed and is getting bigger. i have had xrays a couple months back that were normal. i wanted to get some other opinions about the situation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
Sticking out of sick scapula may be due to bursitis, so you can take antibiotics along with anti inflammatory.
Cold is used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Cold should be applied for 15 to 20 minutes every 2 to 3 hours for inflammation and pain after injury. Use ice packs or an ice massage.
Heat may be used before performing stretching and strengthening activities prescribed by your physician, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. Use a heat pack or a warm soak.
I hope this answers your query.
