I Have Been Experiencing Mild Cramping In What Seems Like
Question: i have been experiencing mild cramping in what seems like both ovaries, and also lower back pain. i had some brown tinged discharge after sex that went away.

The mild cramping in the lower abdomen after having sex can be related to uterine cramps after sex due to orgasm or can be related to a mild pelvic inflammation. The mild brownish discharge can be due to an aggressive sex or an infection. In case the pain is persistent then an ultrasound scan and a pelvic examination is needed to rule out inflammation.
Till then do a hot compress and start with an over the counter anti spasmodic like Meftal spas and see if it helps.
