I Have Been Experiencing Significant Pain Around Bottom Waist Area.
Question: i have been experiencing significant pain around bottom waist area. specially when trying to get up after sitting long, or lying down on the bed etc. ar times, i feel the pain is moving towars the leg - feels like a hamstring strain... and it keeps shifting between right and left legs..

thank you doctor for the advice. as you suggested, i will go for bed rest for couple of days plus, will do the exercises too. hopefully, that would improve the situation a bit. any specific exercise you suggest? i will anyway check YouTube on this. thanks once again.
