I Have Been Feeling Dizzy With Abdominal Pain, Nauseated, Rapid

In this case it can make you dehydrated so you need fluid to rehydrate
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Sorry that you are having dizziness with abdominal pain and diarrhea, loss of appetite associated with rapid heart rate and frequency urination. Those symptoms could be from your gastroenteritis. Do you have any fever? How long do you have these problems? How many times have you had diarrhea? Any blood or mucus in your stool? In this case it can make you dehydrated so you need fluid to rehydrate by drinking ORS as much as you can if you can drink. Eat food that decreases bowel movement. See a doctor if you have more than 6 runny bowel movements a day, bloody stool, fever higher than 38.5ºC, severe belly pain, feeling very tired, very dry. Your doctor may need to give you IV fluid and treat the underlying cause.
I hope that I can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.
Best regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General and Family Physician
