Brief Answer:
Regarding acne and dandruff

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tracnil is a combination of vit D, myoinositol and folic acid. It is purported to help with hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance, both of which are seen in pcos but are not exclusive to it. It can be added even in patients with hormonal acne but no XXXXXXX pcos. It is safe and has no side effects. Your excessive hair fall could be due to dandruff. I suggest you to use an antidandruff shampoo e.g ketoconazole along with salicylic acid (Salisia KT shampoo or Trigaine AD shampoo)

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
