Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question and reports, I understand your concern.
Actually your are a patient of hypothyroidism, means your body does not produce appropriate amount of thyroid hormone, that is why you have to take levothyroxine, which is is a thyroid hormone to keep your body metabolism going.
Now your thyroid profile report is normal, that is because you are taking thyroid hormone from outside as a medicine.
If you stop taking thyroid hormone, means if you stop taking levothyroxine, your report will become abnormal again.
But in some situations, if your hypothyroidism is not due to autoimmune condition you may not need lifelong levothyroxine therapy.
That is why I suggest you to get anti TPO antibody test done to rule out autoimmune hypothyroidism.
Other than this, your blood lipid profile is not completely normal, that is again due to Hypothyroid disorder.
But you should add some statin in your treatment like atorvastatin or you can also repeat your lipid profile after 2 months and review again.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards

I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Yes I will advise you to start atorvastatin 20 mg, at bedtime for 2 months and then repeat total lipid profile, it would be more helpful in management of your altered blood lipids levels.
I hope your query is clear now.
