Hello and thank you for your question Rediahoxha. Hope I can be of help for you today.
Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. Sorry that you are not improved from antibiotics for urethral infection from staph. Your doctor might choose an antibiotic that was sensitive to you since February. The recurrent or persistent symptoms are quite common in the following therapy for urethral infection (urethritis). It may be possible causes from poor adherence to the regimen, reinfection, or antimicrobial resistance (particularly in the case of gonorrhea), and involvement of other organism inadequately treated by the empiric regimen..
If you objected to evidence of persistent urethritis, I recommend you to repeat the NAAT test for N.gonorrhoea and C.trachomatis. Make sure you were adherent to the initial antibiotic course or you were not re-exposed to an untreated partner. If you have not yet had initial treatment with STD you may presumptive treatment. If you are at high risk for STD and testing NAAT for specific gonorrhea and chlamydia.
I hope that can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.
Best regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General and Family Physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your clarification. If you are at high risk sexual transmitted disease (STD) I suggest antibiotic that good for staph in your culture result and presumptive treatment of STD are Ceftriazone and Azithromycine. You can ask to have a prescription from your doctor. To get a specific organism (N.gonorrhea and Chlamydia) you should get urethral swap to test NAAT.
If you have any question please let me know. I hope this can help you.
