Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the query. Persistent or constant stomachache for 2 weeks may result from various underlying conditions. Without detailed history, it is so tough to predict the underlying conditions. Stomachache related histories like its relation with taking foods or empty stomach, your eating habits, your bowel movement history, previous illness, drug history, aggravating factors etc are important for finding out the exact underlying causes.

Common causes for stomachache are indigestion after eating, constipation, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), gastroenteritis, ulcers, urinary tract infections, appendicitis, gallstones etc.

Treatment depends on causes. You can take antispasmodic medication, domperidon and antiulcerants for your stomachache.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Zubayer Alam, General And Family Physician,
