Brief Answer:
Deciding tests to label you as having IBS are not done dear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing " Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your reports.
Firstly IBS is not a disease rather it's an umbrella term which covers various symptoms related to gut when despite of all possible tests every thing is normal.
So in short when we can't diagnose any anatomic defect with your gut despite of all possible tests we label the patient as having IBS.
Going through your details the most important test to say that you have IBS have not been done.
1) Colonoscopy
2)MRI abdomen.
If both are normal then you can be considered for having IBS.
Kindly discuss this with your treating doctor and reply me asap.
Hope I was helpful.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
It's just a screening test and that's why colonoscopy was suggested by me.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Both of them are initial serological test to rule out celiac disease.
However if both are not elevated then patient is not celiac positive however this is just a screening test and that's why a colonoscopy would be done as suggested earlier to get biopsy sample and rule out celiac...
Thanks.
