Is there any history of antibiotic or pain killer 7-10 days intake prior to the eruption?

I am 69 the itching is pretty constant 10 being terrible and one being good three or four, no diabetes no medications, no burning when I urinate just the hardnessOn the penis and on the shaft there’s some itching mostly

And I take no kind of medication pain pills or anything else the only thing that has happened is that I was playing basketball and called the groin muscle and then that’s when I noticed I started having this problem doesn’t make any sense to me that would have any affect on it, mostly I am very healthy this is the first time I’ve ever had any kind of issue in this area

Apply topical steroid and antihistaminic

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid cream like cortisone cream or clobetasol propionate on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg twice daily for 10 days.
