very low testosterone levels (140 was total) were blamed for his mood/anxiety. they ran a hormone panel and discovered elevated igf-1 and igfbp3. he has blurred vision, forgetfull, difficult time doing things with his hands. very anxious.
hes on clomid to raise teatosterone.
and vitamin d and omega 3 and magnesium threonate at bed time. he has sleep apnea. weighs 250 and 6ft tall.
blood pressure normal.

Brief Answer:
Review testosterone levels and supplementation if required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Please get testosterone levels again to see if Clomid has helped or not.
If the levels are still low then your Doctors may consider testosterone supplementation therapy (TST). It may correct the igf-1 and igfbp3 also. which needs to be confirmed by blood tests at an appropriate time.
Best be done under the care of an Endocrinologist.
I hope MRI for pituitary was done which showed the results as you have mentioned about a cyst of 3 mm.
Vitamin A and Vitamin D should be tested by blood tests to know the exact doses to be taken.

I hope this answer helps further. Please get these done and give feedback.
If required Psychoanalysis helps in some patients for any additional investigations and treatment.
