Hello, Thank you for using "Ask a doctor" service. I reviewed your photo and I understand your concern.
What I see looks very much like a fungal infection or dry skin.
But in order for me to decide a final diagnosis I would like some more information.
Since when do you have these lesions?
Are they itchy? Painful?
Have you tried any cream or medicine so far?
Do you have any other health problem?
What job do you do? Just want to try to understand the cause of these lesions so as much information you provide, better I will be able to advice.
Looking forward to your follow up question.
Kind regards, Dr. Klarida Papaqako, General and Family physician.
Please provide some more information

Hello,
Thank you for the extra information.
From what you are describing and what I saw in the photo, it looks very much like dry skin. And hot bath can cause a skin like that. In the winter especially the skin tents to become dry. I do not think it is a wart infection, but can be a fungal infection.
I recommend that you avoid hot baths for some time, and try to shower as short as possible, drink plenty of water (2-3 liters per day) and apply a body moinstruising cream.
If not better in 1-2 weeks, or if worse then maybe you should consider using an antifungal cream like ketoconazole 2% twice per day for 2 weeks.
Follow up with me if you have other questions or concerns.
Kind regards, Dr. Papaqako
