Question: i have no specific symptoms, was experiencing dermatographia in last 2 months but it got much better after regular exercise. other than that changed my diet so had a little loose stomach. I have been doing strenuous exercise from last 1month at gym. I've IBS but no serious attack in recent times. i am also a smoker, i smoke 10 cigarettes a day, a non alcoholic and have a sweet tooth but recently quit sweet from last 20 days. can you please review the tests and guide what could be wrong?

Your white blood cell and neutrophil counts are low.
It could be due to multiple causes like infections, bone marrow related diseases, certain drugs, crohn’s disease and less likely cancer.
I would recommend you to consult a physician and go for clinical examination and further evaluation to find out the cause of low blood tests.
Even your dermographism could be related to infection in the body.
