Brief Answer:
Looks like peri oral dermatitis:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the photographs.
The lesion looks like a condition called peri oral dermatitis. It is a kind of eczema like lesion, inappropriate use of cosmetic creams or steroid containing creams can be a cause for it.
As of now stop all the creams and cosmetic products. Drink plenty of water, include more fruits and vegetables to your diet because dehydration and weak immune system worsen the condition.
Over the counter available antihistamines like cetrezine or levocetrizine can be taken for symptomatic relief. In most cases it will settle by itself.
In severe cases oral antibiotics may be required. As of now it will be better to avoid creams or ointments.
Hope I have answered your query:
Thanks
